This technology matures soybeans at high temperatures and pressures, reducing urease content while maintaining protein solubility and enhancing oil yield by disrupting the soybean cell structure.
The extracted soybean oil is versatile and can be used in cooking and various food processing applications, meeting broad market demands. Additionally, the bean cake byproduct from the pressing process can be repurposed as feed or further processed into other products, exemplifying resource comprehensive utilization.
